PAPER PRESENATION

Technical Events

Topic is based on authors choice related field of engineering.
Only a maximum of three authors are permitted per paper. Only one abstract per team is permitted.
Eight(8) minutes shall be allotted for the presentation and four(4) minutes for questions, however these times are subject to change depending on the number of participants any time prior to the start of the contest.
All the authors of the selected papers must do on-site registration before the day of event in order to present their papers. Certificates will be issued only to those participants, who presents their paper on-site.

PROJECT PRESENATION

Technical Events

It is a team event and each team may comprise of a maximum of five students only.
Send your abstract to kec.mea@gmail.com.
All the participants of the selected projects must register on-site before the day of event in order to present their projects.
Certificates will be issued only to those participants, who presents the project on-site.
Certificates and prizes will be awarded to the best projects based on the criteria decided by the judges. Decision of judges shall be final and it will be binding to all.
